Je diensten kunnen in overleg met jou naar wens worden ingedeeld. Wat bieden wij jou - Salaris volgens CAO VVT, schaal FWG 30: € 2.663 tot € 3.410 bruto per maand (o.b.v. 36 uur) - Jaarcontract (8 - 32 uur) met intentie tot vast dienstverband. Het is allemaal bespreekbaar! - 13e maand (8,33%) en pensioenregeling via PFZW - Reiskostenvergoeding volgens CAO - Zorgheldenbonus : extra waardering voor je belangrijke werk in de vorm van leuke cadeaus en bonussen - Aandraagbonus : €500 netto wanneer je iemand aandraagt die via één van onze banen aan de slag gaat. Eventueel is werken op beide afdelingen ook mogelijk. Je levert dagelijkse zorg, voert handelingen uit die horen bij de Helpende Plus rol en stelt samen met collega's en familie een passend zorgplan op. Jij draagt bij aan een veilige, prettige woonomgeving. Daarbij kijk je kritisch naar hoe de zorg nog beter kan en neem je innovaties mee in je werk.
