Bij De Viking kan dat. Je kunt bij ons werken doordeweeks van 9.00 tot 14.00 uur. Een fijne werktijd als je bijvoorbeeld je kinderen 's ochtends naar school wilt brengen en 's middags weer thuis wilt zijn. Werk om trots op te zijn Als Helpende Plus ben jij een belangrijk onderdeel van het dagelijks leven van de bewoners. Je helpt waar dat nodig is, maar kijkt vooral ook naar wat iemand zelf nog kan. Misschien heeft een bewoner hulp nodig bij de verzorging, maar kan hij daarna prima zelf zijn ontbijt klaarmaken. Dan geef je iemand de ruimte om zoveel mogelijk zelf te blijven doen. Juist dat maakt jouw werk zo waardevol: je helpt waar het nodig is, maar laat de regie zoveel mogelijk bij de bewoner. Je leert de bewoners goed kennen en merkt daardoor ook wanneer er iets verandert. Een bewoner die normaal gezellig aanschuift bij het ontbijt, zit vandaag misschien wat stiller. Jij ziet dat, maakt even een praatje en ontdekt misschien dat iemand ergens mee zit. Die aandacht en betrokkenheid zijn minstens zo belangrijk als de zorg die je verleent.
