Waar ga je werken? Je gaat aan de slag op een zorglocatie waar persoonlijke aandacht en warme zorg vooropstaan. Samen met een betrokken team van collega’s bied je ondersteuning aan cliënten die jouw hulp écht waarderen. De sfeer is collegiaal en stimulerend, waardoor jij je snel thuis voelt en volop kansen krijgt om jezelf te ontwikkelen.

Wat ga je doen? Als Helpende Plus ondersteun je cliënten bij hun dagelijkse verzorging en bied je net dat beetje extra medische handelingen waarvoor jij bevoegd bent. Denk aan medicatie aanreiken, wondverzorging en het ondersteunen bij ADL-taken. Met jouw zorg en aandacht creëer je een veilige en prettige omgeving waarin cliënten zich gehoord en verzorgd voelen.

Wat verwachten we van jou? - In bezit van een zorgdiploma met Helpende Plus-certificaat; - Beschikt over goede sociale vaardigheden en kunt zowel mondeling als schriftelijk duidelijk communiceren; - Kunt goed omgaan met soms complexe situaties en weet hierin de juiste keuzes te maken; - Je bent minimaal 16 uur per week beschikbaar; - Je bent flexibel en beschikt over een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.

Wat kun je van ons verwachten? - Professionele begeleiding van een team dat jou helpt om de volgende stap te zetten binnen de ouderenzorg; - Een bruto maandsalaris van €2.360,- tot €3.088,- (op basis van een 36-urige werkweek); - Een warm welkom van jouw vaste contactpersoon, die altijd klaarstaat voor al je vragen; - Een uitdagende werkplek waar jij als Helpende Plus kunt doorgroeien en jezelf verder ontwikkelt; - Werken via de Beste Werkgever 2024-2025; - Een aantrekkelijk fietsplan: kies voor een knaloranje Roetz stadsfiets of een stoere Phatfour e-bike.
