Als Helpende Plus kom je bij een diverse groep cliënten met uiteenlopende zorgvragen thuis. Het werk is afwisselend en je krijgt de gelegenheid om echt een band op te bouwen met de cliënten. Dat maakt het werk uniek en persoonlijk. Jij zorgt ervoor dat onze cliënten zo lang en prettig mogelijk in hun eigen huis kunnen blijven wonen. Dit doe je door: - De cliënten te ondersteunen bij ADL-taken; - Zelfstandig te werken, waarbij je signalen bij jouw cliënt opmerkt en zoek je indien nodig naar passende oplossingen; - Met jouw aandacht en betrokkenheid creëer je een prettige sfeer. Wat wij jou bieden Bij ActiVite krijg je goede arbeidsvoorwaarden volgens de cao VVT. Je krijgt een passend salaris, vakantiegeld, een eindejaarsuitkering en bouwt pensioen op via PFZW. De functie is ingeschaald in FWG 30, met een salaris van maximaal € € 3.410,16 bruto per maand op basis van een 36-urige werkweek. Daarnaast investeren we graag in jouw duurzame inzetbaarheid en werkplezier. Daarom bieden we onder andere: - afhankelijk van je functie een laptop, tablet en/of mobiele telefoon; - een collectieve zorgverzekering via Zorg en Zekerheid; - ruime mogelijkheden om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen met opleidingen, trainingen en doorgroeimogelijkheden; - ondersteuning wanneer je privé of thuis tijdelijk extra hulp kunt gebruiken; - toegang tot FiscFree, waarmee je met belastingvoordeel gebruik kunt maken van onder andere: - een gewone fiets tot maximaal € 900 bruto en een elektrische fiets tot maximaal € 1.200 bruto; - een mobiele telefoon tot maximaal € 450 bruto; - een computer of tablet tot maximaal € 400 bruto; - een fitness- of sportschoolabonnement tot maximaal € 600 bruto per jaar.
