In de warm ingerichte en kleinschalige woonlocaties wonen cliënten met een ernstig meervoudige beperking (EMB). De cliënten hebben intensieve zorg- en begeleiding nodig, zowel op medisch als sociaal-emotioneel vlak. De woningen zijn ingericht om een veilige, vertrouwde en stimulerende omgeving te bieden, waarin elke cliënt de zorg en ondersteuning krijgt die hij of zij nodig heeft om zich verder te ontwikkelen en zo goed mogelijk te functioneren. Op de locaties binnen EMB is er ruimte om samen te verkennen welke plek het beste bij jou past. We nemen de tijd om jouw wensen, behoeften en mogelijkheden goed in beeld te brengen en denken hierin actief met je mee. Kom jij bij ons een kijkje nemen en jouw volgende stap bespreken? Wat mag je doen? - De bewoners een comfortabele dag bezorgen. Dit doe je onder andere door een warme, huiselijke en gezellige omgeving te creëren, zodat de bewoners zich veilig en vertrouwd voelen. - Ondersteunen bij ADL activiteiten, zoals wassen, douchen en aankleden. - Signaleren van veranderingen bij de cliënt en deze bespreek je met collega's. - Huishoudelijke werkzaamheden, zoals schoonmaken, de vaat en het bijhouden van de voorraadkast.
