Op dit moment zijn er mogelijkheden op onze afdelingen: - Verpleging Somatiek & Verpleging PG. Hierbij is je werk dynamisch en afwisselend, omdat je betrokken bent bij de zorg en ondersteuning van twee diverse doelgroepen. (20-28 uur per week mogelijk) - Verpleging PG, een afdeling waar alle aandacht is voor onze ouderen met dementie en andere cognitieve uitdagingen. (24 - 28 uur per week mogelijk) - Kleinschalig Wonen PG, een kleinschalige, belevingsgerichte afdeling voor ouderen met dementie Samen met jou kijken we graag welke afdeling het beste bij je past. Wat je functie inhoudt Geen dag is hetzelfde! Als Helpende verleen je de best mogelijke basiszorg en begeleiding aan de bewoners en draag je zorg voor een fijn en veilig woonklimaat. Daarnaast heb je een belangrijke signalerende rol: als jou zaken opvallen of je het gevoel hebt dat er iets niet klopt of anders kan, dan pak je dat op met je collega's en leidinggevende. Samen ga je op zoek naar een goede oplossing. Jouw input wordt hierin ontzettend gewaardeerd! Wat wij vragen Je bent in het bezit van je Helpende (Plus) of Zorgkundige diploma. Heb je je Helpende diploma, maar nog niet het Helpende Plus certificaat, maar wil je dit wel behalen? Geen probleem! Wij bieden je graag deze mogelijkheid.
