Wij zoeken jou! - Bewoners een fijne dag bezorgen met jouw aandacht en zorg. - Werken op een warme, huiselijke locatie waar iedereen elkaar kent. - Afwisseling tussen verzorgen, begeleiden én een gezellig praatje maken.

Waar ga je werken? Je begint je dienst met een overdracht en daarna ga je op pad. Je ondersteunt bewoners bij de dagelijkse verzorging, helpt waar nodig met ADL en voert de Plus-handelingen uit waarvoor je bevoegd bent. Ondertussen houd je goed in de gaten hoe het met de bewoners gaat. Zie je iets veranderen? Dan trek jij op tijd aan de bel. Maar minstens zo belangrijk: jij maakt tijd voor een praatje, een grapje of een wandeling. Want juist die kleine momenten maken voor bewoners vaak het grootste verschil.

Wat verwachten we van jou? - Je hebt een diploma Helpende niveau 2 én een Helpende Plus-certificaat. - Je hebt hart voor de ouderenzorg. - Je bent sociaal, enthousiast en maakt makkelijk contact. - Je vindt het leuk om bewoners een fijne dag te bezorgen. - Je bent bevoegd en bekwaam voor de Helpende Plus-handelingen. - Je kunt goed samenwerken, maar staat ook zelfstandig je mannetje. - Je bent flexibel inzetbaar voor verschillende diensten. - Je hebt een gezonde dosis humor en positiviteit.
