Start dan met de 1-jarige BBL-opleiding Helpende Plus. Je leert hoe je cliënten ondersteunt bij hun dagelijkse zorg en welzijn. Ervaring in de zorg is niet nodig. Wij leren je alles tijdens onze interne opleiding, in samenwerking met Gilde Opleidingen. Heb je al zorgervaring? Dan kijken we graag met je mee of een aangepast traject mogelijk is. Wat ga je doen? Je helpt cliënten met opstaan, wassen, aankleden en ontbijten. Ook kijk je welke medicatie iemand nodig heeft vanuit de baxter. Tussendoor maak je gezellig een praatje. Je ziet hoe het met cliënten gaat en merkt veranderingen op. Zie je iets bijzonders? Dan geef je dit door aan je collega's. Zo beteken jij elke dag iets voor een ander. Hoe ziet de opleiding eruit? De opleiding start in februari 2027. Je werkt in de zorg en gaat 1 dag per week naar school. In de ochtend krijg je theorie. In de middag oefen je in het praktijklokaal. Je leert bijvoorbeeld bloeddruk meten, een katheterzak verwisselen en medicatie uitdelen vanuit de baxter. De overige contracturen werk en leer je op de werkvloer. Zo pas je meteen toe wat je op school leert. Wat vragen wij van jou? - Je hebt minimaal een vmbo-basisdiploma of een vergelijkbaar diploma. - Je woont op maximaal 30 kilometer afstand van ons Dienstencentrum (Weert). - Je bent flexibel en inzetbaar op verschillende werklocaties binnen Land van Horne. Hoe gaat het verder? - Stuur ons je motivatie en cv. - Voldoe je aan de eisen? Dan nodigen we je uit voor een informatiebijeenkomst. Je krijgt duidelijke uitleg over de opleiding en kunt al je vragen stellen. De bijeenkomst sluiten we af met 2 speeddates. - Ga je door in de selectieprocedure? Dan nodigen we je uit voor een selectiege...
