Voor een kleinschalige locatie in Vries zoeken we een warme, betrokken en enthousiaste Helpende plus. Iemand die niet alleen helpt bij de dagelijkse zorg, maar ook oog heeft voor de mens achter de zorgvraag. Die met aandacht, humor en toewijding het verschil maakt in het leven van ouderen. Waar ga je werken? Je werkt in een warme, kleinschalige woonomgeving net buiten het dorp, omringd door bos en groen. Bewoners wonen in hun eigen zit-/slaapkamer en delen de gezellige huiskamer. De locatie is veilig en vrij: bewoners kunnen zich bewegen zonder gesloten deuren, ondersteund door slimme technologie. Wat deze locatie bijzonder maakt: - Een breed scala aan faciliteiten: restaurant, winkel, stilteruimte, kinderhoek en zelfs een wekelijkse markt voor versproducten: - Gezamenlijk eten is hier belangrijk. De Maaltijden worden zelfs samengesteld met bewoners: - Activiteiten en dagbesteding afgestemd op individuele wensen; - Open deuren voor buurtparticipatie: van kerkdiensten tot gezamenlijke festivals. Wat ga je doen? Als Helpende plus ben je onmisbaar in het dagelijks leven van de bewoners. Je ondersteunt bij de persoonlijke verzorging, zoals wassen, aankleden en eten. Verder verricht je lichte verpleegtechnische handelingen waar nodig. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's, signaleert veranderingen en denkt mee over hoe de zorg nog beter kan aansluiten op iemands wensen.
