De uren zijn bespreekbaar tussen oproep en 24 uur per week. Kom jij bij ons binnen?*** Egelantier Oproep - 24 Oostkapelle Einddatum: 21/10/2026 **Waar kom je binnen?*** Op de locatie Egelantier in Oostkapelle zijn 2 woningen. In elke woning wonen 6 á 7 cliënten met dementie. Je werkt in een goed samenwerkend team van ongeveer 20 collega's. Een vaste groep enthousiaste vrijwilligers uit Oostkapelle en omgeving ondersteunt de zorg met verschillende activiteiten. **Wat ga je doen?*** - Zorg verlenen in alle twee de groepswoningen - In de praktijk brengen van een huiselijke sfeer. - Zelfstandig, maar ook in een team werken - Bieden van ADL zorg en ondersteuning aan cliënten met dementie - Communiceren binnen het team en met familie/bezoekers Je kunt dag- en avonddiensten worden ingezet. De dagdiensten zijn van 7.30 tot 15.00 uur, en de avonddiensten van 15.00 tot 22.00 uur. Bij een oproepcontract kan je aangeven wanneer jij wil werken. Wat breng je mee? - Diploma helpende plus Wat bieden we je? - Salaris maximaal € 3.410,16 bruto per maand op fulltime basis (FWG 30) - Je kunt er voor kiezen je loon maandelijks met 8% vakantietoeslag en 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering te laten verhogen - Uren zijn bespreekbaar tussen oproep en 24 uur per week - Contract voor onbepaalde tijd - Bijen nascholing - Meerkeuzesysteem met tegemoetkoming kinderopvang, fitness abonnement, fiets, tablet/computer - SVRZ CompanyPass voor kortingen bij bekende en lokale partners; van supermarkt tot sport en uitjes Heb je vragen?
