Wij zoeken jou! Wil jij graag werken als helpende of helpende plus in de omgeving van Ermelo? Er zijn genoeg mogelijkheden en samen kijken we welke en wat echt bij jou past!

Waar ga je werken? Op deze locatie werken verschillende teams dagelijks aan een fijne leefomgeving voor onze bewoners. Er zijn kleinschalige woongroepen voor mensen met vergevorderde vorm van dementie. Dankzij de inzet van slimme sensoren hebben bewoners veel bewegingsvrijheid. Daarnaast is er een afdeling voor verzorgd wonen en somatiek.

Wat ga je doen? Als helpende/ helpende+ werk je met bewoners die intensieve zorg en begeleiding nodig hebben. Je werkt volgens het zorgleefplan en hebt oog voor zowel lichamelijke als mentale behoeften. Je bent alert en onderneemt actie wanneer dat nodig is.

Je taken zijn onder andere:

Uitvoeren van ADL-zorg Ondersteunen bij maaltijden Verrichten van lichte huishoudelijke werkzaamheden Als Helpende Plus: delen van medicatie.

Wat verwachten we van jou? - Per direct beschikbaar; - Je beschikt over de benodigde diploma's voor een helpende plus; - Je hebt hart voor de zorg; - Je hebt een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel; - Je bent communicatief vaardig.

Wat kun je van ons verwachten? - Een warm welkom met een vast contactpersoon; - Uitstekende arbeidsvoorwaarden; - Reiskostenvergoeding van 0,23 cent per kilometer; - Ruimte voor eigen inbreng.
