Daarna ga je aan de slag met de dagelijkse verzorging. Je helpt bewoners met medicatie en houdt goed in de gaten hoe het met hen gaat. Als Helpende Plus kijk je verder dan alleen de zorgvraag. Je stimuleert bewoners om zoveel mogelijk zelfstandig te blijven en hebt aandacht voor hun welzijn. Merk je een verandering op? Dan bespreek je dit met je collega's. Je werkt samen met verzorgenden IG, verpleegkundigen en andere collega's. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat bewoners passende zorg krijgen. Je werkzaamheden zijn onder andere: - Bewoners ondersteunen bij de persoonlijke verzorging - Medicatie toedienen volgens de geldende richtlijnen - Zelfstandigheid en welzijn van bewoners stimuleren - Veranderingen signaleren en bespreken met collega's Over de werkgever Je werkt bij een betrokken zorgorganisatie met meerdere locaties in de regio Apeldoorn. De locaties hebben ieder een eigen karakter. Persoonlijke aandacht, respect en goede zorg staan overal centraal. Je komt terecht in een team waarin collega's samenwerken en elkaar ondersteunen.
