Als Helpende Plus draag je bij aan het dagelijks welzijn van cliënten die graag zelfstandig thuis willen blijven wonen. Jouw aandacht, oplettendheid en zorg maken daarin iedere dag het verschil. Werken in de wijk DSC04410.jpg Werken in de wijk betekent dat je bij mensen thuis komt en onderdeel wordt van hun dagelijks leven. Geen dag is hetzelfde en je schakelt tussen zorg, begeleiding en contact met het netwerk rondom de cliënt. Benieuwd hoe het is om te werken in de wijk en welke teams er zijn? Dit ga je doen als Helpende Plus Binnen het wijkteam ondersteun je cliënten thuis bij persoonlijke verzorging, zoals wassen, aankleden en begeleiding bij de toiletgang. Daarnaast deel je medicatie volgens protocol en houd je veranderingen in gezondheid en welzijn goed in de gaten. Door aandachtig te luisteren en te kijken naar wat iemand zelf nog kan, stimuleer je de zelfredzaamheid en help je cliënten de regie over hun eigen leven te behouden. Samen met collega's zorg je voor veilige, prettige en persoonsgerichte zorg. Wat werken in dit team aantrekkelijk maakt Wijkteam Montfoort-Linschoten kenmerkt zich door korte lijnen, een hechte samenwerking en veel betrokkenheid bij cliënten en elkaar.
