Wat ga je doen? In de rol van Helpende Plus ben jij onmisbaar in het dagelijks leven van bewoners. Je ondersteunt bij de persoonlijke verzorging, waaronder wassen, aankleden en maaltijden. Je signaleert veranderingen in de gezondheid en het welzijn van bewoners en schakelt waar nodig met collega’s. Je biedt een luisterend oor en zorgt voor een warme en vertrouwde omgeving. Ook mag je, binnen je bevoegdheden, medicatie toedienen. Dankzij jou ervaren bewoners een prettige en comfortabele dag!

Wat verwachten we van jou? - Je hebt een diploma Helpende (niveau 2) met een certificaat Helpende Plus; - Je hebt affiniteit met de ouderenzorg en een warm hart voor de bewoners; - Je bent flexibel inzetbaar en minimaal 16 uur per week beschikbaar; - Je werkt graag samen in een team, maar kunt ook goed zelfstandig handelen.
