Jouw verantwoordelijkheden De beleving van ouderen in een zorginstelling strekt zich uit voorbij de basiszorg; het gaat om een gevoel van thuis, persoonlijke aandacht en een vertrouwde routine. Je verleent zorg en begeleiding aan cliënten, gericht op hun specifieke behoeften. Jouw vaardigheid om snel te reageren op uiteenlopende situaties stelt je in staat om de beste zorg te bieden. Tijdens multidisciplinaire besprekingen deel je jouw inzichten en expertise met collega's, waarmee je samenwerkt. Dankzij jouw rol als Helpende Plus ben je bevoegd om te assisteren bij medische taken, heb je de verantwoordelijkheid om medicatie te verstrekken en andere verpleegtechnische handelingen uit te voeren. Jij beschikt over - Een diploma Helpende (niveau 2) met keuzedeel Helpende Plus; - Een geldig VOG of bereidheid om deze aan te vragen (de kosten worden door ons vergoed); - Je bent proactief, ondernemend en hebt een oog voor detail; - Zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband kunnen werken; - Je bent zorgzaam, empathisch en geduldig. Bij igen kan je rekenen op - Bruto maandsalaris tussen € 2.511 en € 3.295 (op basis van een fulltime dienstverband); - 25 vakantiedagen per jaar (op basis van 40 uur) plus 8,33% vakantiegeld; - 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering; - Wekelijkse betaling van je salaris; - Goede pensioenregeling; - Vast contactpersoon vanuit igen Zorg voor persoonlijke begeleiding; - Reiskostenvergoeding of de mogelijkheid tot een leaseauto; - Onregelmatigheidstoeslag conform CAO VVT; - Uitgebreide opleidingsmoge...
