Als Helpende Plus ondersteun je bewoners bij hun dagelijkse verzorging, zoals wassen en aankleden, en voer je - dankzij jouw bevoegdheden - ook eenvoudige verpleegtechnische handelingen uit, zoals het toedienen van medicatie . Je creëert sfeer, houdt de gezondheid van bewoners goed in de gaten en werkt nauw samen met je collega's. Ook rapporteer je zorgvuldig in het zorgdossier, zodat alle betrokken collega's goed op de hoogte zijn van de zorg en ondersteuning die bewoners nodig hebben. Alles met één doel: de best mogelijke zorg én een fijn thuis. De warmte en interesse die jij meebrengt naar de werkvloer zorgt dat onze bewoners zich prettig en thuis voelen. Jouw glimlach zorgt voor een positieve noot in hun dag! Wat neem je mee Je hoeft niet alles al te kunnen. Wat we vooral belangrijk vinden, is wie jij bent en hoe jij je werk doet. Met jouw kennis en ervaring maak je, samen met je collega's, elke dag het verschil voor bewoners en cliënten. - Een afgerond MBO-diploma Helpende niveau 2 met medicatie module.
