Over het werk Als Helpende Plus in Winschoten ben jij een onmisbare schakel binnen het team; jij ondersteunt bewoners met dagelijkse verzorging en bewaakt continu hun welzijn. Jij voert persoonlijke verzorging uit, observeert veranderingen in gezondheid en rapporteert helder aan collega's. Je voert verpleegtechnische handelingen volgens protocol uit en stemt de zorg af met verpleegkundigen en andere zorgverleners. Met jouw inzet verloopt de zorg soepel en voelen bewoners zich veilig en serieus genomen. - Jij zorgt voor persoonlijke verzorging: wassen, aankleden, toiletgang en hulp bij eten en drinken. - Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor het toedienen van medicatie en het uitvoeren van verpleegtechnische handelingen binnen de geldende protocollen. - Jij signaleert en rapporteert veranderingen in de lichamelijke en psychosociale toestand en draagt bij aan het zorgplan. - Jij ondersteunt bij mobiliteit en transfers en zet hulpmiddelen correct in om valrisico's te beperken. - Jij voert wondzorg, katheterzorg en andere verzorgende handelingen uit volgens instructie en kwaliteitsnormen. - Jij houdt het zorgdossier actueel, werkt samen met collega's en neemt deel aan overdrachten en teamoverleg.
