Dit bedrijf biedt een warme en persoonlijke zorgomgeving, waar aandacht voor de bewoner centraal staat. Samen met zorgcentrum Pennemes vormt Mennistenerf een sterke en betrokken organisatie, waar jouw werk als helpende plus detachering echt gewaardeerd wordt. Als helpende plus word je gedetacheerd in een kleinschalig wooncentrum in Zaandam, draag je direct bij aan het welzijn van dementerende ouderen en krijg je de ruimte om bewoners echt te leren kennen. Je werkt afwisselend dag- en avonddiensten in een hecht team en krijgt volop kansen voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling. Je ervaart veel eigen verantwoordelijkheid en maakt het verschil in het dagelijks leven van de bewoners. Over de functie Als helpende plus bij Mennistenerf in Zaandam verzorg en begeleid je ouderen met lichamelijke en geestelijke beperkingen, voornamelijk mensen met dementie. Je ondersteunt bij persoonlijke verzorging, lichte verpleegtechnische handelingen, huishoudelijke taken, maaltijden en welzijnsactiviteiten. Daarnaast stimuleer je zelfstandigheid, signaleer je gezondheidsveranderingen en werk je nauw samen met bewoners, collega's en familieleden. Het betreft dag- en avonddiensten van 24 tot 28 uur per week.
