Dat is wat detachering via PDZ betekent: de vrijheid om te werken waar en wanneer jij wil, met de zekerheid van een werkgever die er altijd voor je is. Je zorgt graag voor mensen, maar je wil ook dat er goed voor jóu gezorgd wordt. Een rooster dat klopt. Een werkgever die je kent. Zekerheid over je uren én ruimte om zelf te bepalen wanneer je werkt. Bij PDZ Zorg krijg je dat allemaal als helpende plus bij Evean in Zaandam. Over de functie Je werkt via detachering bij PDZ Zorg als helpende plus binnen Evean Zorg, locatie Nieuw Groenland in Zaandam. Een kleinschalige locatie in de ouderenzorg, waar bewoners jou kennen en collega's op je rekenen. De dag begint met het begroeten van bewoners en het ondersteunen bij de ochtendverzorging. Je helpt bij ADL, reikt medicatie aan en zorgt voor een warme sfeer op de afdeling. Tussen de zorgmomenten door is er ruimte voor een gesprek, een grapje of gewoon even aanwezig zijn.
