Jouw nieuwe baan als Helpende plus Torckdael ligt op één van de mooiste locaties in Wageningen, vlakbij de binnenstad. Het is een veelzijdige locatie waar we verpleeghuiszorg en thuiszorg bieden. Mensen met dementie wonen hier in kleinschalige woongroepen. Daarnaast wonen er ouderen die zo lang mogelijk zelfstandig willen blijven wonen. Bewoners kunnen bij ons rekenen op goede zorg, steun en een warm thuis. Als helpende plus ondersteun je onze bewoners bij hun dagelijkse verzorging, zoals wassen, aankleden en eten. Je signaleert veranderingen in hun gezondheid en bespreekt dit met de verpleegkundige of verzorgende. Dankzij jouw extra bevoegdheden mag je ook eenvoudige verpleegtechnische handelingen uitvoeren, zoals het delen van medicatie en het meten van vitale functies. Je werkt volgens een vast dagritme, waarbij je steeds kijkt naar wat de bewoner nodig heeft. De ochtenddiensten zijn van 07:00-15:15 uur. De avonddienst begint om 15:00 uur en duurt tot 22:30 of 23:15 uur. Wanneer je graag nachtdiensten wilt werken is dit ook mogelijk (23:00-07:15 uur). Dit krijg je van ons Een contract voor bepaalde tijd met intentie tot verlenging. De uren zijn bespreekbaar tussen de 20 en 28 uur per week. Bij Opella werken we zelfstandig. Je krijgt verantwoordelijkheid en neemt die ook. Er is veel ruimte voor eigen initiatief. Een teamleider zorgt voor de juiste ondersteuning en heeft aandacht voor jou en je ontwikkeling. Salaris conform CAO VVT, functieschaal 30 (maximaal € 3.410,16 bruto o.b.v. 36 uur per week). Mogelijkheid om via Opella door te leren voor verzorgende IG.
