Bij Siza zoeken we Helpenden (plus) die met zorg, aandacht en plezier willen bijdragen aan een fijne dag voor onze cliënten met EMB. Wat bieden wij jou? • Een betekenisvolle functie met directe betrokkenheid bij cliënten met EMB • Salaris volgens CAO Gehandicaptenzorg: • Helpende: FWG 25 (€ 2.337 – € 3.212 bruto bij 36 uur) • Helpende Plus: FWG 30 (2.373 - € 3.385 bruto bij 36 uur) • Eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33% en goede secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden • Tijdelijk contract met uitzicht op vast • Ruimte voor ontwikkeling: • Ben je Helpende? → wij ondersteunen je graag in je ontwikkeling naar Helpende Plus • Scholing, training en leren in de praktijk • Uren in overleg (bijvoorbeeld 12–36 uur per week) • Een warme organisatie waar samenwerken en jezelf mogen zijn centraal staanZo maak jij het verschil • Ondersteunen bij de dagelijkse zorg en begeleiding van cliënten met EMB • Helpen bij ADL‑zorg zoals wassen, aankleden en maaltijden • Uitvoeren van huishoudelijke taken (was, materialen aanvullen, opruimen) • Zorgen voor een fijne, veilige en huiselijke sfeer op de woning • Signaleren hoe het met cliënten gaat en dit delen met collega's Samenwerken met begeleiders en persoonlijk begeleiders Als Helpende Plus: • Dien je medicatie toe • Verricht je eenvoudige verpleegtechnische handelingen, zoals wondverzorgingOpleiding & ontwikkeling: ook als je wilt doorgroeien • Je hebt een MBO‑2 Helpende (of Helpende Plus) diploma • Werk je als Helpende? → Bij Siza kijken we samen met jou hoe je kunt doorgroeien naar Helpende Plus, passend bij jouw tempo en ontwikkeling • Je staat open om te leren en nieuwe taken eigen te maken De locatie & doelgroep • Je werkt met mensen met een ernst
