Hier ben je onderdeel van een team met circa 12 collega's. Je werkt meestal samen met een collega, maar je kunt ook terecht bij de teamcoach. **Wat ga je doen?*** - Realiseren van persoonlijke wensen van de cliënt samen met collega's. - Noteren van wensen van de cliënt in het zorgplan - Samenwerken met collega's Als helpende plus werk je dag-en avonddiensten. De ochtenddiensten beginnen vanaf 7.30 uur, de middag/avonddiensten vanaf 15.00. Er zijn diensten van 8 uur of korter. Het rooster is voor 3 maanden bekend. Wat breng je mee? - Diploma helpende plus Wat bieden we je? - Salaris maximaal € 3.410,16 bruto per maand op fulltime basis (FWG 30) - Je kunt er voor kiezen om je loon maandelijks met 8% vakantietoeslag en 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering te laten verhogen - Contract voor onbepaalde tijd - Uren bespreekbaar tussen 12 en 36 uur per week - Afwisselende baan - Diverse doorgroeimogelijkheden - Bijen nascholing - Meerkeuzesysteem met tegemoetkoming kinderopvang, fitness abonnement, fiets, tablet/computer - SVRZ CompanyPass voor kortingen bij bekende en lokale partners; van supermarkt tot sport en uitjes Heb je vragen?
