Helpende (plus) flex Als helpende (plus) in onze flexpool bepaal jij hoe je werkt, terwijl je kunt rekenen op de zekerheid van een betrokken organisatie. Samen met het Flexbureau kijken we naar wat bij jou past: verschillende locaties, diverse doelgroepen en volop kansen om nieuwe ervaringen op te doen. Zo ontdek je waar jouw kracht ligt én waar je energie van krijgt. Je ontwikkelt je vakmanschap, vergroot je netwerk en groeit stap voor stap door binnen onze organisatie. Of je nu veel of juist minder wilt werken (4–36 uur per week): jij houdt de regie, wij zorgen voor de ondersteuning.Zo maak jij het verschil We geloven dat betekenisvolle ondersteuning begint bij de ander écht zien. Daarom zijn we op zoek naar collega's die de tijd willen nemen om onze cliënten te leren kennen, elke dag opnieuw, zodat we goed aan kunnen sluiten bij hun zorgvraag. Samen met je collega begeleiders creëer je een omgeving waarin cliënten zich veilig voelen en volledig zichzelf kunnen zijn. Als helpende bij Siza zijn je taken divers en heb je verschillende petten op: Hoofdtaken: • De helpende hand Je helpt: in de ochtend, tijdens het avondeten of als de avond valt. Dit doe je o.a. door te ondersteunen bij de ADL-zorg en eventueel het overnemen daarvan. Op sommige locaties werken we met een tillift. Je helpt bij het wassen, bij het aankleden en tijdens maaltijden. • De sfeermaker Je zorgt voor een fijne sfeer op de woning en hebt aandacht voor wat er speelt. Voor jou is het je werkplek, voor cliënten is dit een thuis. Hoe kun je dit zo prettig en gezellig mogelijk maken? Neventaken: • De huishoud-guru Je pakt huishoudelijke taken op. Denk aan het aanvullen van materialen, handdoeken en washandjes. Daarnaast draai je een wasje, doe je boodschappen en ruim je gemeenschappelijke ruimtes op. • De chef Sta je graag in de keuken? Fijn! Lekker eten kunnen cliënten wel waarderen. En je collega's natuurlijk ook. Op sommige locaties wordt er samen gegeten, op andere locaties krijgen cliënt
