Wij zoeken jou! Jij bent een Helpende Plus met een warm hart voor de ouderenzorg. Je vindt het belangrijk om bewoners persoonlijke aandacht te geven en hen te ondersteunen in hun dagelijkse leven. Waar ga je werken? Je gaat via Daan aan de slag bij een kleinschalige woonzorglocatie in Amersfoort. Hier staat de warmte van het gasthuis centraal en wordt gewerkt in kleine teams met korte lijnen. Er is veel aandacht voor bewoners, collega’s en persoonlijke ontwikkeling. De locatie richt zich op kleinschalig wonen met zowel somatische als psychogeriatrische zorg.

Wat ga je doen? Als Helpende Plus werk je binnen een kleinschalige woonvorm waar je samen met collega’s zorg en begeleiding biedt aan bewoners met uiteenlopende zorgvragen. Hierbij staat goede zorg en persoonlijke aandacht centraal. Je werkzaamheden zijn onder andere: - Ondersteunen bij ADL-zorg en dagelijkse handelingen; - Begeleiden van bewoners en zorgen voor een veilige, vertrouwde omgeving; - Uitvoeren van lichte verpleegtechnische handelingen en medicatie (indien bevoegd); - Verrichten van huishoudelijke taken en bijdragen aan een nette leefomgeving; - Samenwerken met collega’s en bijdragen aan een sterke onderlinge verbinding.

Wat verwachten we van jou? - Diploma Helpende niveau 2 met Helpende Plus certificaat; - Affiniteit met ouderenzorg en psychogeriatrie; - Je werkt met aandacht, warmte en professionaliteit; - Je bent flexibel, zelfstandig en een echte teamspeler; - Je draagt bij aan een positieve en betrokken werkomgeving.
