Wij zoeken jou! Jij bent een Helpende plus met een warm hart voor de ouderenzorg. Je hebt oog voor de ander en voelt goed aan wat iemand nodig heeft. Met jouw aandacht en betrokkenheid zorg je ervoor dat bewoners zich prettig en veilig voelen. Je werkt graag samen en draagt bij aan een fijne sfeer binnen het team.

Waar ga je werken? Je gaat via Daan aan de slag bij een zorgorganisatie met meerdere locaties in de regio Utrecht, IJsselstein, Lopik en De Bilt. Binnen deze locaties wordt zorg geboden in woonzorgcentra, revalidatie en in de wijk. De organisatie staat bekend om haar visie waarbij gekeken wordt naar wat wél kan, met aandacht voor de cliënt en ruimte voor eigen regie. Je werkt in een omgeving waar verschillende doelgroepen samenkomen, zoals bewoners met psychogeriatrische zorgvragen, somatische zorg en eventueel niet-aangeboren hersenletsel.

Wat ga je doen? Als Helpende Plus ondersteun je bewoners in hun dagelijkse zorg en welzijn. Je bent een belangrijk onderdeel van het dagelijks leven van bewoners en draagt bij aan structuur, comfort en persoonlijke aandacht. Je werkzaamheden zijn onder andere: - Ondersteunen bij persoonlijke verzorging en ADL-zorg; - Helpen bij dagelijkse routines zoals eten, aankleden en mobiliteit; - Aanreiken van medicatie en uitvoeren van lichte zorgtaken (bij Helpende Plus); - Signaleren van veranderingen in welzijn en gezondheid; - Samenwerken met collega’s en andere zorgprofessionals.

Wat verwachten we van jou? - Diploma Helpende Zorg en Welzijn Plus; - Affiniteit met ouderenzorg en verschillende doelgroepen; - Je bent zorgzaam, betrokken en hebt oog voor detail; - Je werkt zelfstandig en bent communicatief vaardig; - Je bent een teamspeler met een positieve instelling.

Wat kun je van ons verwachten? - Salaris volgens cao VVT (FWG 25/30); - Mogelijkheden voor opleiding en ontwikkeling; - Werken in een betrokken en collegiaal team; - Een werkomgeving waarin aandacht, vakmanschap en plezier centraal staan.
