Wij zoeken jou! Zorg zit voor jou in de kleine dingen. Een goedemorgen met een glimlach, een arm om een schouder of nét dat beetje extra aandacht waardoor iemand zich weer even mens voelt in plaats van patiënt. Voor een warme en betrokken woonzorglocatie zoeken we een Helpende Plus die bewoners helpt om hun dag zo prettig mogelijk te beleven. Waar ga je werken? Je gaat werken op een kleinschalige woonzorglocatie waar ouderen wonen die niet meer volledig zelfstandig thuis kunnen wonen. Binnen deze locatie staat een warme, huiselijke sfeer centraal en kennen bewoners en medewerkers elkaar goed. De organisatie richt zich op wonen, welzijn en zorg voor ouderen en stimuleert dat bewoners zoveel mogelijk hun eigen regie behouden. Er is veel aandacht voor ontmoeting, zingeving en persoonlijke aandacht, waardoor bewoners zich echt thuis kunnen voelen. Dankzij de kleinschaligheid zijn de lijnen kort en is er veel ruimte voor persoonlijk contact met bewoners en collega’s.

Wat ga je doen? Als Helpende (Plus) ondersteun je bewoners bij hun dagelijkse verzorging en zorg je ervoor dat zij hun dag prettig en veilig kunnen beleven. Je werkt met ouderen met verschillende zorgvragen, waaronder somatische zorgbehoeften en bewoners met dementie. Daardoor is geen dag hetzelfde en kun je echt inspelen op wat iemand nodig heeft. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Ondersteunen bij persoonlijke verzorging zoals wassen, aankleden en eten. - Bewoners helpen bij dagelijkse routines en activiteiten. - Observeren van veranderingen in gezondheid of gedrag. - Het creëren van rust, structuur en een fijne woonomgeving. - Als Helpende Plus: het uitvoeren van extra zorgtaken zoals medicatie toedienen volgens protocol.

Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s, familie en andere zorgprofessionals om de best mogelijke zorg te bieden.
