Als Helpende Plus in de vaste nachtdienst bied je bewoners met dementie persoonlijke zorg, rust en veiligheid op de momenten dat zij jou het hardst nodig hebben. Over de functie Als Helpende Plus ga je aan de slag op een PG-afdeling binnen een woonzorglocatie in Noord- of Midden-Limburg. Hier wonen ouderen met dementie die ook tijdens de nacht passende ondersteuning nodig hebben. Tijdens jouw nachtdienst help je bewoners bij de persoonlijke verzorging en voer je aanvullende zorgtaken uit die bij jouw Plus-certificaat passen. Je houdt goed in de gaten hoe het met bewoners gaat en signaleert veranderingen in hun gezondheid, gedrag of welzijn. Klaar om 's nachts het verschil te maken?
