Werken in de stilte van de nacht geeft je focus, overzicht én een fijne balans met je privéleven. En het leukste? Geen vaste hokjes: of je nu kiest voor PG, Somatiek of een mix op onze locaties in Arnhem: we zoeken samen naar de werkplek waar jij je thuis voelt!

Wat je tijdens je dienst doet: - Je bent er voor bewoners die 's nachts wakker worden, angstig zijn of even hulp nodig hebben bij het toiletbezoek. - Gaat het alarm of de bel? Jij bent er meteen om te kijken wat er nodig is en brengt de rust direct terug. - Heb je je Plus-certificaat? Dan reik je op de vaste tijden zorgvuldig de nachtmedicatie uit. - Je schrijft kort en helder op hoe de nacht is verlopen, zodat de ochtenddienst precies weet hoe het met de bewoners gaat.

Hier krijg je de ruimte om te groeien - € 2.541,13 – € 3.233,35 bruto per maand (FWG 25 o.b.v. 36 uur). - Bovenop je salaris krijg je 44% tot wel 160% extra toeslag. - Extra geld: 8% vakantietoeslag en een extra maandloon in december (8,33%). - Leren & doorgroeien: Cursus voor Helpende Plus of doorgroeien naar niveau 3? Wij betalen jouw opleiding! - Mooie extra’s: Tablet/telefoonregeling, fietsregeling en een actieve personeelsvereniging. - Locatie bij jou in de buurt: we kijken samen met jou welke van onze locaties het beste bij jou past!

Wie jij bent in je werk - Een mbo 2-diploma Helpende Zorg en Welzijn (en eventueel je Plus-certificaten). - Je werkt graag zelfstandig en brengt van nature rust over op anderen. - Een warm hart voor ouderen en een bewuste keuze voor het nachtritme.
