Voor onze locatie Sonnevanck in Harderwijk zoeken wij een helpende plus die onze bewoners ondersteunt tijdens de nachtdiensten. De uren? Lees de spelregels van de startbonus Als helpende plus ben jij in de nacht een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor bewoners. Jij zorgt ervoor dat zij zich veilig en comfortabel voelen. Je werkzaamheden bestaan uit: - Uitvoeren van persoonlijke verzorging (ADL) - Signaleren van veranderingen in gedrag en gezondheid - Creëren van rust en structuur tijdens de nacht - Medicatie delen volgens protocol - Samenwerken met collega's en rapporteren van bijzonderheden. Je hebt veel zelfstandigheid, maar kunt altijd terugvallen op je team. Waar ga je werken? Voor ons pg en somatische locaties op het terrein van Sonnevanck in de bossen tussen Ermelo en Harderwijk zoeken wij een verzorgende IG ter uitbreiding van ons nachtdienst team! Dit team bestaat uit 24 collega's zoals helpende, helpende+, verzorgende Ig en gedurende de nacht werk je met 5 andere collega's. We bieden liefdevolle, betrokken zorg met aandacht voor het bevorderen van de kwaliteit van leven. Sonnevanck ligt in een groene omgeving, perfect voor het verlenen van zorg aan ouderen met lichamelijke en geheugenproblemen. De verschillende afdelingen bieden elk hun eigen unieke zorgaanpak. Naast kleinschalig wonen zijn er voor onze bewoners de volgende afdelingen: pg+, somatiek, een proeftuin, crisisopvang, kortdurend verblijf en een hospice. Kijk op www.werkenbijznwv.n...
