Jouw nieuwe werkplek is bij Evean, locatie Oostergouw in Zaandam. Op deze locatie bieden wij zorg en welzijn aan diverse doelgroepen, zoals revalidatie, Korsakov, somatiek, psychogeriatrie en een gedragsobservatieafdeling. Je komt te werken op de PG-afdeling Uerdingen óf Oosterschuur, afhankelijk van jouw voorkeur en het beste teamfit.

Op onze psychogeriatrische afdelingen Uerdingen en Oosterschuur staat het welbevinden van bewoners met dementie centraal. We stimuleren hen in hun zelfstandigheid, bieden ondersteuning waar nodig en creëren een leefomgeving die zoveel mogelijk aansluit bij hun thuissituatie. Het team, bestaande uit helpenden, verzorgenden en verpleegkundigen, zorgt samen voor zorg op maat en een veilige, warme omgeving voor de bewoners. Op Oosterschuur wonen bijvoorbeeld 20 bewoners, ieder met eigen behoeften en gewoonten die wij respecteren en ondersteunen.

Onze locatie Oostergouw is goed bereikbaar met openbaar vervoer en beschikt over gratis parkeergelegenheid.

Verbindend; wanneer jij bij Evean in dienst treedt krijg jij:

* Salaris in FWG 30 conform CAO VVT, inschaling is afhankelijk van opleiding en werkervaring; * Een contract voor 16-28 uur per week voor de duur va
