Wij zoeken jou! Voor onze opdrachtgever in de omgeving van Utrecht zijn wij op zoek naar een Helpende plus in de intramurale setting (PG/Somatiek). Ben je gewend om als zzper te werken en benieuwd naar andere mogelijkheden?

Waar ga je werken? Iedere afdeling heeft 2 huiskamers voor elk 8 bewoners, de huiskamers staan in open verbinding met elkaar. De bewoners kunnen zich vrij op de afdeling bewegen en ergens gaan zitten waar zij zich op dat moment prettig bij voelen. Dit kan in de huiskamer zijn maar ook op het terras of op het balkon die aan de huiskamers verbonden zijn.

Wat ga je doen? Als helpende plus ondersteun jij onze bewoners bij het aan en uitkleden, de persoonlijke verzorging en bij het eten. Daarnaast deel je medicatie conform protocol. Jouw rol is belangrijk omdat je ook zorgt dat zij een leuke en zinvolle dag hebben. Je ondersteunt de Verzorgende en Verpleegkundige bij hun werkzaamheden.

Wat verwachten we van jou? - In bezit van een zorg diploma met helpende plus certificaat; - Beschikt over goede sociale vaardigheden en zowel mondeling als schriftelijk kun je je goed uitdrukken. - Kunt als geen ander goed omgaan met soms best complexe situaties - Je bent wekelijks 16uur of meer beschikbaar;

Wat kun je van ons verwachten? - Een vaste contactpersoon waar je terecht kan met al jouw vragen; - Gunstige reiskostenvergoeding van 0,23 cent per kilometer; - Korting op jouw zorgverzekering en sportabonnement - Uitdagende werkzaamheden in een fijne werkomgeving.
