Wij zoeken jou! Ik ben op zoek naar gediplomeerde Helpende(plus) die kleur willen geven aan het leven van onze bewoners! Voor de grootschalige somatische afdeling in beneden leeuwen ben ik op zoek naar collega's die dit team komen ondersteunen. Weet jij als geen ander wat jij kunt toevoegen in ons gezellige team van 25 collega's, dan zoek ik jou!

Waar ga je werken? Deze zorggroep is een innoverende zorgorganisatie die cliënten met passie ondersteunt op het gebied van wonen, welzijn en zorg. Wij geven hun leven extra kleur met ruim 1100 medewerkers en 350 vrijwilligers vanuit vier verschillende locaties;

Om de hoek van de hoofdstraat in Beneden-Leeuwen ligt deze zorginstelling. Hier bevinden zich verschillende woonafdelingen met een- en tweekamerappartementen en groepswoningen (kleinschalig wonen) die plaats bieden aan 150 bewoners. De zorginstelling beschikt over een ruime, gezellige Plaza waar het restaurant is gevestigd en activiteiten worden georganiseerd door Bureau Welzijn. Ook is er een revalidatie-oefenruimte, een stiltecentrum en een recreatieruimte (De Kern). Daarnaast zijn er verschillende vormen van dagbesteding mogelijk. Het in 2011 geheel gerenoveerde gebouw is omringd door een fraai aangelegde tuin en een zogenoemde beweegtuin.

Hier maken wij onderscheid tussen zorg en behandeling voor mensen met een lichamelijke beperking en mensen die lijden aan dementie. De afdeling is een grootschalige somatische afdeling waar 27 bewoners wonen. We willen graag dat bewoners fijn bij ons wonen waarin eigen regie en welzijn belangrijk zijn.

Wat ga je doen? - Uitvoeren van basiszorgtaken aan de aan jou toegewezen cliënten, in overeenstemming met het woonleefplan; - Mede zorgen voor een zo optimaal mogelijk woon- en leefklimaat, met aandacht voor het welzijn en de vraag van de cliënt; - Het observeren van cliënten, waarbij je bijzonderheden meldt aan de EVV-er of verzorgende.
