Jij kiest jouw team! Op locatie De Ruwaard kun je als helpende plus kiezen voor een plek die bij jóu past. Werk je graag met bewoners met een somatische zorgvraag? Dan is team Nachtegaal iets voor jou. Hier wonen twintig mensen met lichamelijke aandoeningen, vaak in combinatie met niet-aangeboren hersenletsel (NAH). Jij biedt ondersteuning bij de dagelijkse zorg, signaleert veranderingen en draagt bij aan een prettige en veilige leefomgeving waar bewoners zich gehoord voelen. Of kies je liever voor psychogeriatrie? In team Waterlelie wonen drieëntwintig bewoners met dementie in een warme, vertrouwde omgeving. Het team is betrokken, werkt met korte lijnen en staat altijd voor elkaar klaar. In beide teams werk je in een leefhuis, geen zorghuis — met aandacht voor eigen regie, verbondenheid en een fijne dag voor iedere bewoner. Wil je meer weten over locatie De Ruwaard?
