Je begint je dienst op een afdeling waar cliënten rekenen op jouw ondersteuning bij hun dagelijkse verzorging. De ene dag werk je binnen de revalidatiezorg en help je cliënten stap voor stap hun zelfstandigheid terug te winnen. De andere dag bied je structuur en persoonlijke aandacht aan bewoners met dementie op een PG-afdeling. Of je ondersteunt cliënten binnen de somatiek, waar lichamelijke zorg en welzijn centraal staan. Dankzij jouw betrokkenheid voelen cliënten zich gezien, gehoord en geholpen. Werk je liever op één doelgroep of juist afwisselend op meerdere afdelingen? Beide mogelijkheden zijn bespreekbaar. 𝗪𝗶𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗻 𝗷𝗶𝗷? - Je hebt een afgeronde opleiding Helpende Zorg & Welzijn niveau 2. - Je hebt affiniteit met somatiek, PG en/of revalidatiezorg. - Je bent betrokken, zorgzaam en cliëntgericht. - Je kunt goed zelfstandig werken en bent tegelijkertijd een echte teamspeler. - Je beschikt over goede communicatieve vaardigheden. - Je bent flexibel inzetbaar.
