Helpen waar dat nodig is, maar ook aandacht hebben voor hoe het écht gaat. Als Helpende Plus in de thuiszorg van Tellus maak je iedere dag verschil in het leven van ouderen in Den Helder en Julianadorp. Je ondersteunt cliënten in hun eigen vertrouwde omgeving en helpt hen om zo lang mogelijk prettig thuis te blijven wonen. Dat doe je samen met een betrokken thuiszorgteam dat voor elkaar klaarstaat en volop in ontwikkeling is. Waarom werken in ons Thuiszorgteam? Ons thuiszorgteam bestaat uit betrokken collega's die iedere dag klaarstaan voor onze cliënten én voor elkaar. We werken met plezier samen, delen kennis en kijken steeds hoe we de zorg verder kunnen verbeteren. Daar zijn we trots op. Niet voor niets is onze thuiszorg PREZO-gecertificeerd. De thuiszorg is volop in ontwikkeling. Daarom zoeken we een nieuwe collega die met ons mee wil groeien en samen wil bouwen aan de toekomst van de thuiszorg. Wat ga je doen? Als Helpende Plus ondersteun en begeleid je cliënten in hun eigen woonomgeving. Je helpt bij de persoonlijke verzorging en hebt oog voor hoe het met iemand gaat. Je signaleert veranderingen in de gezondheidssituatie en rapporteert deze waar nodig. Samen met je collega's zorg je ervoor dat cliënten zo lang mogelijk prettig en zelfstandig thuis kunnen blijven wonen. Dit ben jij Je hebt een warm hart voor ouderen en vindt het belangrijk dat mensen zich gezien en gehoord voelen. Je: - hebt een diploma Helpende Plus; - hebt affiniteit met ouderenzorg en bij voorkeur ervaring in de thuiszorg; - communiceert prettig met cliënten, naasten en collega's; - bent positief, betrokken en leergierig; - kunt goed samenwerken; - wilt jezelf blijven ontwikkelen via trainingen, cursussen of een vervolgop...
