Dan is deze parttime functie in de thuiszorg iets voor jou! Over het werk Als helpende plus in de thuiszorg speel je een belangrijke rol in het dagelijks leven van cliënten. Je werkt parttime met flexibele werktijden, waardoor je jouw werk en privéleven goed kunt combineren. Daarnaast krijg je de mogelijkheid om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen door middel van trainingen en opleidingen. Je werkt in de regio Capelle aan den IJssel, Krimpen aan den IJssel en Nieuwerkerk aan den IJssel, waar je cliënten ondersteunt in hun eigen vertrouwde woonomgeving. Je start je werkdag met het doornemen van je planning en het voorbereiden van je route. Bij cliënten thuis bied je ondersteuning bij de dagelijkse verzorging, zoals helpen met wassen, aankleden en het verzorgen van maaltijden. Daarnaast mag je als Helpende Plus bepaalde zorgtaken uitvoeren, zoals het aanreiken of toedienen van medicatie volgens de geldende richtlijnen. Je houdt in de gaten hoe het met cliënten gaat en signaleert bijzonderheden die je bespreekt met je collega's. Met jouw persoonlijke aandacht, luisterend oor en betrokkenheid zorg je ervoor dat cliënten zich prettig, veilig en gehoord voelen.
