Hoe kunnen wij u helpen? - - Thuis met Patyna - Zorg bij ons - Wanneer is dit mogelijk Ontdek de functie van helpende plus bij de thuiszorg in regio Workum. Wil je weten hoe een werkdag bij ons eruitziet? We nemen je graag mee in de praktijk en laten zien hoe je écht het verschil maakt, samen met ons team en de mensen die zorg nodig hebben. Geen dag is hetzelfde, en je komt bij mensen thuis in allerlei situaties. Je gaat langs cliënten thuis in de regio Workum. Daarbij horen ook omliggende dorpen. Je kunt tijdens je werkdag gebruik maken van een auto van Patyna om je route af te leggen langs de cliënten. Een motivatiebrief schrijven is niet nodig. We willen graag met je kennismaken met een kopje koffie of thee! Open tot: 31 oktober 2026 Wat kun je verwachten? In het wijkteam heb je veel ruimte om je eigen werk te organiseren binnen de kaders. Je werkt onder begeleiding van de wijkverpleegkundige en teamleider. Je gaat zelfstandig langs de cliënten van jouw route, maar blijft gedurende de werkdag in contact met je collega's. Zo wordt er gezorgd voor een eerlijke werkverdeling en kunnen jullie meteen inspelen op veranderende behoeftes van de cliënt. De zorg is enorm divers, van lichamelijke ondersteuning tot complexe zorgvragen en toenemende GGZ-problematiek. De sfeer van te voren proeven? Geen probleem! We regelen een dag dat je kan meelopen zodat je zelf kan ervaren hoe leuk de thuiszorg is! Wat bieden wij? Bij Patyna staan we voor fijn wonen, welbevinden en goede zorg voor onze cliënten. Natuurlijk ben jij als collega even belangrijk. Zonder jou en alle andere collega's kunnen wij niet onze missie en visie nastreven. Daar geven we jou graag wat voor terug, naast werkplezier en zelfstandigheid zorgen we ook voor goede voorwaarden. Uiteraard krijg je vanuit de cao VVT vakantietoeslag (8%), een eindejaarsuitkering (8,33%) en tegemoetkoming in de reiskosten. Ook bouw je pensioen op bij Pensioenfonds Zorg en Welzijn. Werken...
