Een dynamische en complexe afdeling waar geen dag hetzelfde is, en waar jij een onmisbare schakel bent in de zorg voor patiënten met uiteenlopende vaak acute chirurgische aandoeningen. Kom verder en start bij ons als Helpende plus vaat-traumachirurgie Werken als helpende plus vaat-traumachirurgie Als helpende plus ben jij vaak de eerste die de patiënt in de ochtend ziet. Je observeert hoe de nacht is verlopen, signaleert veranderingen in de toestand van de patiënt en geeft deze informatie door aan de verpleegkundige of arts. Jij hebt een scherp oog voor detail en weet dat kleine signalen het verschil kunnen maken. Je ondersteunt bij en voert zelfstandig taken uit binnen de directe patiëntenzorg, onder supervisie van een verpleegkundige. Daarbij werk je in dag-, avond- en weekenddiensten van acht uur. Concreet houd je je bezig met: - het ondersteunen van patiënten bij ADL-activiteiten; - het verzorgen en bewaken van het voedingspatroon van patiënten, volgens de geldende hygiëne-, veiligheids- en dieetvoorschriften; - het assisteren bij verpleegtechnische handelingen, zoals het uitvoeren van controles en observaties; - het plannen en uitvoeren van huishoudelijke werkzaamheden ter ondersteuning van het team. Op de afdeling vaat- traumachirurgie De verpleegafdeling vaat- en traumachirurgie telt 32 bedden en maakt deel uit van het cluster snijdend. We zijn pas verhuisd naar onze nieuwbouw.
