Wij zoeken jou! Jij bent een helpende (plus) die graag werkt met ouderen. Je begrijpt hoe belangrijk zelfstandigheid is en weet cliënten op een respectvolle manier te ondersteunen in hun dagelijks leven. Jij staat klaar wanneer het nodig is, maar laat de regie altijd bij de cliënt.

Waar ga je werken? Je gaat aan de slag bij één van onze toffe opdrachtgevers in de regio Leiden binnen de ouderenzorg. Je werkt in een woonomgeving waar ouderen de zorg en ondersteuning krijgen die zij nodig hebben. Heb je voorkeur voor een vaste locatie of werk je liever op verschillende zorglocaties? Samen kijken we naar wat het beste bij jou past.

Wat ga je doen? Als helpende (plus) ondersteun je cliënten bij algemene dagelijkse levensverrichtingen. Denk aan hulp bij wassen, aankleden, eten en verplaatsen. Je ondersteunt de cliënt waar nodig in en rondom de woning. Je werkt zelfstandig, maar staat altijd in contact met collega’s op de locatie. Geen dienst is hetzelfde en juist die afwisseling maakt het werk leuk.

Wat verwachten we van jou? - Een diploma helpende zorg en welzijn; - Voor helpende plus: een aanvullend certificaat helpende plus; - Je kunt goed schakelen tussen verschillende situaties; - Je bent flexibel inzetbaar voor minimaal 24 uur per week.

Wat kun je van ons verwachten? - Een goed salaris volgens cao; - Een vast contactpersoon bij Daan; - Een afwisselende baan met veel persoonlijk contact; - Interne begeleiding en scholing; - Reiskostenvergoeding.
