Functieomschrijving Ben jij een enthousiaste en betrokken Helpende Plus die graag klaarstaat voor anderen? Voor onze zorgteams in de mooie dorpen Sibbe en Schin op Geul zijn we op zoek naar een Helpende Plus die met aandacht, warmte en plezier onze cliënten thuis ondersteunt. Als Helpende Plus ben je veel meer dan degene die helpt bij de dagelijkse zorg. Je bent een vertrouwd gezicht voor onze cliënten en hebt oog voor wat iemand nodig heeft. Van persoonlijke verzorging en het ondersteunen bij medicatie tot een gezellig praatje aan de keukentafel: juist de kleine momenten maken jouw werk zo waardevol. Dit draag jij bij Als Helpende Plus bezoek je cliënten thuis en bied je zorg die aansluit bij hun persoonlijke situatie. Je ondersteunt bij de dagelijkse verzorging, stimuleert de zelfredzaamheid van cliënten en zorgt voor een prettige en veilige leefomgeving. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Het ondersteunen bij de persoonlijke verzorging (ADL). - Het toedienen van medicatie volgens de geldende richtlijnen. - Het observeren van veranderingen in de gezondheid of het welzijn van cliënten en deze bespreken met collega's. - Het bieden van een luisterend oor en persoonlijke aandacht. - Het samenwerken met collega's en andere zorgprofessionals om de best mogelijke zorg te leveren. Daarom past deze functie bij jou Je bent een zorgzame en betrokken collega die graag zelfstandig werkt, maar ook de samenwerking met het team opzoekt. Je voelt je verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit van zorg en hebt oog voor de wensen van de cliënt. Daarnaast: - Beschik je over een diploma Helpende Plus (of een gelijkwaardige opleiding). - Kun je zelfstandig werken en durf je initiatief te nemen. - Communiceer je duidelijk en werk je graag samen. - Ben je flexibel en zet je je m...
