Als Helpende (Plus) speel jij een onmisbare rol in het leven van onze cliënten. Samen met je collega's van Wilgenhof in Wervershoof ondersteun je de cliënten met de dagelijkse bezigheden. Wat ga je doen Als Helpende plus ben jij het hart van de zorg. Jij zorgt ervoor dat onze cliënten een comfortabele en fijne dag hebben waarin ze zoveel mogelijk zelfstandig kunnen zijn. Met jouw hulp bij dagelijkse taken zoals wassen, aankleden en eten bied je niet alleen praktische ondersteuning, maar ook de warmte en aandacht die hun dag bijzonder maakt. Als Helpende plus voer je daarnaast verschillende handelingen uit, zoals wond-, stoma- en katheterzorg, en zorg je ervoor dat de medicatie op tijd en correct wordt toegediend. Je houdt altijd het welzijn van de cliënt in gedachten en werkt samen met je zorgteam volgens het zorgplan. Met jouw toewijding pas je de zorg aan op wat iedere cliënt nodig heeft, zodat zij zich veilig en gewaardeerd voelen. Heb je dit certificaat nog niet?
