Wij zoeken jou! Ben jij helpende plus en wil je écht iets betekenen voor mensen? In de thuiszorg ga je langs bij cliënten om ze te helpen in hun eigen vertrouwde omgeving. Je biedt zorg, aandacht en een luisterend oor. Zo maak jij elke dag het verschil. Je komt bij allerlei mensen over de vloer, allemaal met hun eigen verhaal. Jij sluit aan bij wat zij nodig hebben van hulp bij het opstaan tot gewoon een kopje koffie en een praatje.

Waar ga je werken? Je werkt bij mensen thuis in de omgeving van Wormer. Iedere cliënt is anders, dat maakt het werk afwisselend en persoonlijk. Je komt in een fijn team terecht met verzorgenden, verpleegkundigen en andere zorgprofessionals. Samen zorgen jullie voor de beste zorg, afgestemd op de wensen van de cliënt. Er is ruimte om te overleggen, mee te denken en jezelf te blijven ontwikkelen.

Wat ga je doen? - Je helpt cliënten thuis met hun dagelijkse verzorging, zoals wassen, aankleden en eten. - Je signaleert veranderingen in de situatie en stemt af met collega’s. - Je zorgt voor een fijne sfeer en geeft persoonlijke aandacht. - Je werkt samen met mantelzorgers, vrijwilligers en zorgcollega’s om de beste zorg te bieden.

Wat verwachten we van jou? • Je hebt een diploma Helpende Plus (niveau 2) of een oud zorgdiploma; • Je bent zelfstandig, sociaal en hebt een warme uitstraling; • Je werkt graag met mensen en houdt van een praatje; • Persoonsgerichte zorg past goed bij jou.

Wat kun je van ons verwachten? - Een vast aanspreekpunt bij Daan, zodat je altijd weet waar je aan toe bent; - Een goed salaris volgens cao VVT met een gunstige ORT-regeling; - Reiskostenvergoeding van €0,23 per km met de auto of volledige vergoeding met het ov; - Een fietsplan met een gave fiets van Roetz x Daan of een Phatfour E-bike.
