Dan maken wij graag kennis met jou. Bij De Zellingen werk je in een betrokken en ondernemend team waar je veel zelfstandigheid krijgt, maar er nooit alleen voor staat. Samen zorgen we ervoor dat cliënten hun leven zoveel mogelijk kunnen blijven leiden zoals zij dat zelf willen. Wat ga je doen? Als Helpende (Plus) ondersteun je cliënten bij hun dagelijkse verzorging en welzijn. Je bent een vertrouwd gezicht aan huis, biedt een luisterend oor en hebt oog voor wat iemand nodig heeft. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: • Persoonlijke verzorging, zoals wassen en aankleden • Het aanreiken van medicatie en ondersteunen bij steunkousen • Signaleren van veranderingen in gezondheid of welzijn • Rapporteren in het cliëntdossier • Afstemmen en samenwerken met collega's • Stimuleren van zelfredzaamheid en eigen regie • Werken met hulpmiddelen en zorgtechnologie Over het team Je komt te werken in team Schenkel, een betrokken wijkteam van ongeveer 10 collega's. Binnen Zorg Thuis werken helpenden, verzorgenden en verpleegkundigen nauw samen. We kennen elkaar goed, helpen elkaar waar nodig en vinden het belangrijk dat iedereen zich welkom voelt. Je werkt zelfstandig bij cliënten thuis, maar kunt altijd terugvallen op je collega's. Juist die combinatie van vrijheid én samenwerking maakt het werk zo prettig.

Functie-eisen: Wat vragen wij van jou? • Een mbo-diploma Helpende Zorg & Welzijn (niveau 2) • De module medicatie verstrekken of de bereidheid deze te behalen • Affiniteit met ouderen en psychogeriatrie • Digitale vaardigheden voor rapportages en urenregistratie • Een zelfstandige en cliëntgerichte werkhouding • Flexibiliteit; we verlenen zorg 7 dagen per week • Je weet wanneer je zelfstandig handelt en wanneer je collega's betrekt • Een geldige Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag (VOG) of de bereidheid deze aan te
