Helpende Plus zorgprofessional Beschrijving Jouw uitdaging Jij bent degene die zorgt dat iemand de dag goed begint én prettig afsluit. Als Helpende Plus maak jij iedere dienst zichtbaar verschil voor cliënten die afhankelijk zijn van zorg en ondersteuning. Je werkt binnen woonzorglocaties waar persoonlijke aandacht, vertrouwen en kwaliteit van leven centraal staan. Je helpt cliënten bij dagelijkse zorgmomenten, maar kijkt vooral naar wat iemand nog zelf kan. Daarmee stimuleer je zelfstandigheid en draag je bij aan welzijn en comfort. Dankzij jouw extra bevoegdheden voer je ook aanvullende zorgtaken uit en speel je een belangrijke rol binnen het zorgteam. Wat je gaat doen: - Een fijne en veilige leefomgeving creëren voor cliënten - Ondersteunen bij wassen, aankleden en dagelijkse verzorging - Medicatie aanreiken en lichte verpleegtechnische handelingen uitvoeren - Signaleren van veranderingen in gezondheid of gedrag - Helpen bij maaltijden en dagelijkse routines - Ondersteunen bij sociale activiteiten en welzijnsmomenten - Afstemmen met collega's, familieleden en andere zorgprofessionals Jij bent niet zomaar een zorgmedewerker. Jij bent een vertrouwd gezicht, een luisterend oor en een belangrijke kracht binnen de ouderenzorg. Jouw talent Goede zorg begint bij mensen die met aandacht werken.
