Wil jij in zowel de thuiszorg als in verpleeghuizen het verschil maken voor cliënten die vertrouwen op jouw zorgzame persoonlijkheid? Dan is deze functie bij igen in de regio Rotterdam precies wat bij jou past. Als Helpende ondersteun jij ouderen bij dagelijkse zorgtaken, met als doel hen veiligheid en structuur te bieden. Of je nu onderweg bent naar cliënten thuis of werkt binnen een verpleeghuis in Spijkenisse, Maassluis of andere gemeentes- overal zorg jij voor rust, vertrouwen en een glimlach. Over de rol In zowel de thuiszorg als intramurale zorg is geen dag hetzelfde. Je bezoekt cliënten in hun eigen omgeving of ondersteunt bewoners in verpleeghuizen, waar je een vertrouwd gezicht wordt binnen het team. Jij helpt bij dagelijkse zorgmomenten, houdt het welzijn van cliënten nauwlettend in de gaten en draagt bij aan een veilige, warme leefomgeving. Dit ga je doen: - Helpen bij de persoonlijke verzorging (ADL), zoals wassen, aankleden en eten - Ondersteunen bij lichte huishoudelijke taken en het bieden van dagstructuur - Signaleren van veranderingen in het welzijn van cliënten en dit bespreken met collega's - Stimuleren van zelfredzaamheid, binnen de mogelijkheden van de cliënt - Creëren van een warme en vertrouwde sfeer, zowel thuis als in het verpleeghuis Jij bent iemand die - Een mbo-diploma Helpende (niveau 2) heeft; de module Helpende Plus is een pre - Affiniteit heeft met ouderenzorg, zowel in thuiszorg als in verpleeghuizen - Zelfstandig, verantwoordelijk en betrokken werkt - Beschikt over goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een warme, empathische houding - Flexibel inzetbaar is voor dag-, avond- en/of weekenddiensten Wat wij jou bieden Bij igen zorgen we niet alleen goed voor onze cliënten, maar ook voor jou.
