Wij zoeken jou! - Werken met cliënten met een ernstig meervoudige beperking; - Zorg en begeleiding combineren; - Werken met ouder wordende cliënten; - Afwisseling tussen verschillende groepen; - Echt iets betekenen in het dagelijks leven van cliënten.

Waar ga je werken? Jij weet dat goede zorg soms in kleine dingen zit. Een blik, een gebaar of precies weten wat iemand nodig heeft. Voor een zorglocatie in IJsselmuiden zoeken we een helpende of verzorgende die graag werkt met mensen met een ernstig meervoudige beperking (emb) en ouder wordende cliënten. Je bent rustig, betrokken en staat stevig in je schoenen.

Je gaat via Daan aan de slag op een locatie in IJsselmuiden. Hier wonen cliënten die veel ondersteuning nodig hebben bij hun dagelijkse leven. Je werkt niet op één vaste groep, maar wordt ingezet op drie groepen. Dat vraagt om iemand die makkelijk schakelt en snel ziet wat een cliënt nodig heeft.

Wat ga je doen? Op deze locatie werk je flexibel op drie verschillende groepen. Hierdoor is geen werkdag hetzelfde en leer je verschillende cliënten en collega's kennen. De bewoners hebben intensieve begeleiding en verzorging nodig. Jij helpt hen bij hun dagelijkse leven en zorgt voor rust, veiligheid en een fijne dag.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - ondersteunen en overnemen van adl-zorg; - begeleiden van cliënten tijdens hun dagelijkse activiteiten; - signaleren van veranderingen in gedrag en gezondheid; - uitvoeren van verpleegtechnische en voorbehouden handelingen; - werken met cliënten met emb en ouder wordende cliënten; - samenwerken met collega's en andere betrokken zorgverleners; - flexibel meedraaien op verschillende groepen binnen de locatie.

Wat verwachten we van jou? - Je hebt een passend zorgdiploma, bijvoorbeeld helpende of verzorgende; - Je hebt ervaring of interesse in het werken met emb en ouder wordende cliënten; - Je bent beschikbaar voor verschillende diensten; - Je vindt het geen probleem om op drie verschillend
