Of je nu Helpende Plus, Verzorgende IG of Verpleegkundige bent, bij ons krijg je de ruimte om jouw vak met aandacht, betrokkenheid en plezier uit te oefenen. Je werkt in de wijkzorg of binnen de complexgebonden thuiszorg, waar je cliënten ondersteunt in hun vertrouwde omgeving. Je gaat zelfstandig op pad, neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor de zorg die je levert en bent tegelijkertijd onderdeel van een betrokken team waarop je kunt terugvallen. Naast de vrijheid en afwisseling biedt werken bij De Blije Borgh ook voldoende uitdaging en mogelijkheden om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. Afhankelijk van je functie en ervaring houd je je bezig met: - Persoonlijke verzorging; - Ondersteuning bij dagelijkse handelingen; - Het signaleren van veranderingen in de zorgbehoefte; - Contact houden met collega's en rapporteren via je telefoon; - Het bieden van een luisterend oor en een fijne dag voor de cliënt.
