Dan maken we bij Topaz Lakenhof graag kennis met je! Aan het einde van de dag start jouw dienst op onze moderne locatie Lakenhof. Tijdens de nacht weet je nooit precies wat je kunt verwachten. Zo kan er een alarm afgaan van een bewoner die medische ondersteuning nodig heeft. Maar het kan ook zijn dat je een rustig moment deelt met een bewoner die niet kan slapen en behoefte heeft aan een luisterend oor of een kopje thee. Wat de situatie ook is, jij bewaart de rust en biedt bewoners de aandacht en ondersteuning die zij nodig hebben. Tijdens de nachtdienst werk je samen met een Verzorgende IG. Als de ochtend aanbreekt en de bewoners wakker worden, kijk jij terug op een waardevolle nacht. Dankzij jouw inzet hebben bewoners prettig kunnen slapen en ga je met een goed gevoel naar huis. Je bent werkzaam op alle etages van Lakenhof, waardoor geen enkele nachtdienst hetzelfde is. Juist die afwisseling maakt dit werk zo bijzonder. De werktijden zijn van 22.30 uur tot 07.15 uur. Je werkt volgens een wisselend rooster, waarbij je ook diensten draait in weekenden en op feestdagen. Wat breng je mee? Je hebt oog voor de wensen en behoeften van bewoners en zet hun welzijn altijd centraal. Dankzij jouw oplettendheid signaleer je bijzonderheden snel en weet je hier passend op te reageren. Daarnaast communiceer je helder en zorgvuldig, zodat collega's van de ochtenddienst de dag goed geïnformeerd kunnen starten.
