Wir sind ein familiengeführtes Unternehmen in Oberösterreich und seit über 25 Jahren auf die professionelle Kälberaufzucht spezialisiert.

Jährlich ziehen wir rund 3.000 Kälber auf; gleichzeitig befinden sich meist etwa 750 Tiere auf unserem Betrieb. Zur Verstärkung unseres kleinen Teams suchen wir eine erfahrene und verantwortungsbewusste Fachkraft, die nach entsprechender Einarbeitung selbstständig Verantwortung übernimmt. 1 Herdenmanager/in - Kälberaufzucht (m/w/d) Vollzeit, 40 Stunden/Woche EUR 3.800-4.000 brutto/Monat x 14 + 80 m² Dienstwohnung

Funktion der Stelle

Eigenständige Tierbetreuung mit Schwerpunkt Fütterung, Tiergesundheit und Herdenmanagement sowie Unterstützung der Betriebsleitung bei

der Organisation der täglichen Betriebsabläufe.

Hauptaufgaben

º Überblick über Tierbestand und gesamte Stallsituation

º Tierbeobachtung und frühzeitiges Erkennen gesundheitlicher Auffälligkeiten

º Gesundheitsmanagement und Behandlungen nach betrieblichen bzw. tierärztlichen Vorgaben

º Herstellung und Kontrolle verschiedener Futterrationen

º Fütterung der Kälber sowie Kontrolle der Fütterungs- und Tränketechnik

º Organisation und Koordination der täglichen Stallarbeiten

º Mitarbeit bei Einstallung, Umstallung und Ausstallung

º Auswahl und Kommissionierung der Tiere für den Verkauf sowie Verladung

º Mitarbeit bei anfallenden praktischen Stallarbeiten sowie kleineren Reparatur- und Wartungsarbeiten

º Nach Einarbeitung Unterstützung bei Arbeitseinteilung und Koordination der Mitarbeiter_innen

Voraussetzungen

Praktische Erfahrung in der Rinderhaltung, idealerweise Milchvieh-, Kälber- oder Rinderhaltung. Eine landwirtschaftliche Ausbildung ist von

Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich - praktische Erfahrung und fachliche Eignung sind entscheidend.

º Zuverlässigkeit, Genauigkeit und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

º Verantwortungsbewusstsein und ruhiger, sicherer Umgang mit Tieren

º Technisches Grundverständnis und Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen

º Sicherer Umgang mit landwirtschaftlichen Maschinen, insbesondere Hoflader, von Vorteil

Entlohnung & Leistungen

EUR 3.800-4.000 brutto/Monat x 14

40 Stunden/Woche zusätzlich 80 m² Dienstwohnung

Die konkrete Entlohnung richtet sich nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung. Zusätzlich bieten wir eine langfristige Ganzjahresstelle,
