The posting

Ta mission

Au sein de l'équipe HR, tu participeras activement à toutes les étapes du processus de recrutement pour différents profils (opérateurs de production, chauffeurs- livreurs etc.).

Tes principales missions seront les suivantes :

Sourcing et diffusion des offres

  • Rédiger et publier les offres d’emploi sur les différents canaux (sites d’emploi, écoles, réseaux sociaux…).
  • Identifier les canaux de diffusion les plus adaptés selon les profils recherchés.
  • Mettre à jour les offres sur les plateformes partenaires et assurer la visibilité de la marque employeur ELIS.

Sélection et présélection des candidats

  • Trier les candidatures reçues et effectuer une première analyse des CV.
  • Réaliser des préqualifications téléphoniques.
  • Organiser les entretiens individuels ou collectifs avec le/la responsable RH et les managers opérationnels.
  • Participer à la rédaction de comptes rendus d’entretien et à la prise de décision.

Intégration et suivi administratif

  • Participer à la préparation des dossiers d’embauche (documents, contrats, suivi administratif).
  • Contribuer à la mise en place du processus d’onboarding des nouveaux collaborateurs.
  • Suivre les indicateurs de recrutement (délais, sources, taux de conversion, etc.).

Projets transverses RH

  • Participer à des projets RH liés à la marque employeur, aux relations écoles ou à l’amélioration de l’expérience candidat.
  • Appuyer ponctuellement d’autres missions RH (communication interne, formation, gestion des données RH…).

Profil recherché

  • Étudiant(e) en Ressources Humaines, Gestion, Psychologie du travail, Communication ou équivalent.
  • Intéressé(e) par le recrutement, le contact humain et la dynamique industrielle.
  • Organisé(e), rigoureux(se) et proactif(ve).
  • Bon relationnel et capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.
  • Maîtrise du français
  • Bonne aisance avec les outils informatiques (Excel, Outlook, réseaux sociaux professionnels).
